Advanced Women’s Care (AWC) is a rapidly expanding, physician-owned, multispecialty women’s health practice serving the greater Phoenix area.
We’re seeking OB/GYN physicians, Certified Nurse Midwives, and other clinical professionals who want to deliver exceptional care, make a meaningful impact, and build a rewarding, balanced career.

Our collaborative team includes:
- OB/GYN Physicians
- Certified Nurse Midwives
- Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeons (MIGS)
- OB/GYN Hospitalists
- Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) specialists
- Gynecologic Oncology specialists
- Research and clinical support teams

What We Offer
- Compensation: $400,000 – $600,000 annually
- Sign-on / Retention Bonus: $75,000 – $100,000
- Relocation Assistance: $15,000 – $25,000
- Flexible call structures (4-, 5-, or 6-provider team models)
- A collaborative, physician-led environment
