Physician - Family Medicine

Location: Multiple Offices Throughout Florida

Job Type: Full-Time (Monday- Friday 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM)

Starting Compensation: $240,000 + Paid Health Insurance

Reports To: Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Job Summary

Access Health Care Physicians, LLC is expanding across Florida and seeking skilled, compassionate Primary Care Physicians to join our high?performing team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive outpatient care, manage chronic and acute conditions, and deliver exceptional, evidence?based medicine. This role offers a collaborative environment, strong administrative support, and opportunities for professional growth.

• Practice Model This is a new practice location. The selected physician will serve as the sole provider initially for both Gastroenterology and Primary Care. For Oncology, we have an established location at 15211 Cortez Blvd., Brooksville, FL 34613 (Advanced Cancer Treatment Centers).
• Call Coverage The physician may participate in our established specialty call rotation (currently approximately 1:16, depending on specialty coverage) or serve as the primary on?call provider until membership growth supports additional coverage.
• Support Structure Clinical support will be provided, including Front Desk staff and a Medical Assistant.
• Reason for Recruitment Access Health Care Physicians is expanding our in?house specialty group. While we currently collaborate with a large affiliate specialist network, we are strategically growing our employed specialty services to better support our managed care population.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients across the full spectrum of primary care
• Provide preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care services
• Document thoroughly and accurately in the EMR
• Code accurately for billing and compliance
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, pathology)
• Coordinate care with specialists and external providers
• Participate in hospital rounds and on?call rotation as assigned
• Attend trainings, seminars, and team meetings
• Lead your office with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to patient?centered care

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Valid and unrestricted Florida medical license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Completion of an accredited residency in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Commitment to evidence?based medicine, quality care, compliance, and collaboration
