What You’ll Do
- Provide inpatient electrophysiology call coverage at HSHS St. Johns Hospital.
- Respond to hospital consults and emergent EP needs during assigned shifts.
- Collaborate with hospital staff and cardiology team to ensure patient care.
- Complete risk assessments and fulfill documentation requirements.
- Participate in on-call and emergency response activities related to EP services.
- Cover specific scheduled dates, including nights and weekends, as available.
What You Need
Required:
- Medical license in Illinois
- Board Certified or eligible in Cardiology/Electrophysiology
- Previous EP call experience or relevant practice history
- Ability to complete required risk questions and NPDB form
Preferred:
- Availability for multiple dates and flexible scheduling
- Strong clinical judgment in inpatient EP issues
