Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Primary Care | Fort Collins, CO

We're seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) who enjoys caring for patients of all ages, including a strong interest in women's health, and values work/life balance and collaborative patient care. Location: Drake Clinic, 702A W Drake Rd., Fort Collins, CO 80526

Position Highlights:

• Four-day workweek (4x10s), flexible schedule
• Monday-Friday only | No nights or weekends | Minimal call responsibility (1-2 weeks per year)
• Clinic Hours: 7am to 5pm
• Patient Load: 18 patients per day with 30-minute appointments
• Comprehensive support staff including MAs, CMAs, front office team, referral coordinators, plus on-site lab and x-ray
• Integrated care model with access to behavioral health, case management, PharmD support, diabetic education, and dietitian/social work services

Position Requirements:

• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) OR Physician Assistant (PA-C through NCCPA)
• Eligible for Colorado licensure (or currently licensed)
• DEA registration with prescriptive authority
• Minimum of 1 year family medicine/primary care experience required
• Women's health experience strongly preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $120,000 - $145,000, based on experience
