Maeville Pediatrics is seeking a warm, dependable pediatrician to join its growing practice in Pearland. This is a growth opportunity within a modern, relationship-focused pediatric practice committed to delivering high-quality care in a professional, welcoming environment.

 Position Highlights

  • Employed pediatrician position
  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
  • Saturday morning coverage from 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. on a 1:5 rotation
  • Average patient volume of approximately 25 patients per day following a supported ramp-up period
  • Newborn nursery rounding at The Womans Hospital of Texas at least three mornings per week, with dedicated time before clinic
  • 1:5 after-hours call rotation with pediatric nurse triage support
  • Low after-hours call volume
  • General outpatient pediatric care with minimal procedures
  • Epic EMR
  • Established team of five physicians and two nurse practitioners
  • Dedicated medical assistant for each physician, along with front-desk and administrative support
  • Two clinic locations
  • Anticipated start timeframe: Spring 2027

 Candidate Qualifications

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics
  • Eligible for medical licensure in Texas
  • Open to both experienced pediatricians and new graduates
  • Spanish-speaking ability helpful
  • Professional, warm, and hospitable
