Pay & Benefits:

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide direct support to cardiothoracic surgeons during adult cardiac surgery procedures
  • Assist in intraoperative patient management and post-op care as part of a surgical team
  • Operate and troubleshoot surgical equipment, including robotic systems
  • Collaborate with surgical staff, including RNs and other providers, to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
  • Maintain documentation using the Epic EMR system
  • Support patient safety and comply with hospital policies and protocol during procedures

What You Need:
  • Current state PA license in Wisconsin
  • Board certification in Physician Assistant discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience, including 1 year as a first assist in cardiovascular or cardiac surgery units
  • Certification in BLS, ACLS, and DEA registration
  • Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment

Preferred: Experience with robotic surgical systems and adult cardiothoracic procedures
