Pay & Benefits:

What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct support to cardiothoracic surgeons during adult cardiac surgery procedures
- Assist in intraoperative patient management and post-op care as part of a surgical team
- Operate and troubleshoot surgical equipment, including robotic systems
- Collaborate with surgical staff, including RNs and other providers, to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
- Maintain documentation using the Epic EMR system
- Support patient safety and comply with hospital policies and protocol during procedures
What You Need:
- Current state PA license in Wisconsin
- Board certification in Physician Assistant discipline
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience, including 1 year as a first assist in cardiovascular or cardiac surgery units
- Certification in BLS, ACLS, and DEA registration
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
Preferred: Experience with robotic surgical systems and adult cardiothoracic procedures
