Nurse Practitioner - Family Medicine

Holy Cross Health is seeking a full time Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic Primary Care Team. In this vital role, you will deliver excellent patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team providing evidence-based medicine and individualized patient care. What You Will Do:

*Works collaboratively with the physicians and a multidisciplinary health team.
*Serves as an expert practitioner and actively promotes and supports clinical and organizational practices and initiatives within the area of declared specialization.
*Responsibilities include therapeutic health service that focus on health restoration, health maintenance and disease prevention.
*Provides health education and counseling to individuals and families

• Minimum Qualifications:
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program: MSN required; terminal degree preferred.
• Spanish speaking a plus
• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the Maryland State Board of Nursing or Compact State.
• Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in State of MD
• Advanced certification & credentialing according to specialty area required.
• Current DEA license
• AHA BLS
• Verification of current national certification
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a professional nursing role, a minimum of 2 years of experience in specialty area
• Full time M-F, 8 or 10 hr shifts available
• Pay Range: $48.04 - $74.51 / hr 
• Location: Holy Cross Health Center in Gaithersburg
