- Experience: Prior Primary Care experience; comfortable with mental health, no new grads

What You’ll Do: - Provide primary care services across all ages in a busy clinic setting
- Manage acute and chronic conditions, including mental health issues
- Conduct patient assessments, physical exams, and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
- Document patient information accurately within electronic health records
- Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives
What You Need: - Valid Washington State Medical License
- Prior experience in primary care settings
- Comfortable working with diverse patient populations, including mental health
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
