Froedtert ThedaCare is seeking a Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine NP or PA) to join our dynamic team at the Harbor Town Campus in Manitowoc, WI. This modern, comprehensive campus is a major healthcare hub for the community, offering patients a robust variety of onsite medical services under one roof—including Walk-In Urgent Care, Orthopedics, Women's Health, Physical Rehabilitation, Chiropractic care, laboratory testing, and a full-service, drive-thru pharmacy. As a primary care provider here, you will benefit from immediate, seamless collaboration across these diverse specialties in a highly integrated healthcare environment.
- FTE: Flexible availability, customizable from 0.5 up to a full 1.0 FTE
- Schedule & Hours: Clinic operational hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM. A full 1.0 FTE provider enjoys the option of a 4-day or 5-day workweek.
- Call Requirement: No call responsibilities, ensuring an excellent work-life balance.
- Care Team Structure: Join a highly collaborative and collegial core group consisting of 1 physician and 6 APPs, fully backed by dedicated clinical and administrative support staff.
- Technology & Infrastructure: Fully integrated care coordination using a system-wide Epic EMR platform featuring advanced DAX and Dragon integration to drastically reduce administrative strain through ambient AI clinical documentation and voice dictation.
