- Shift: Day shift, 5x9-Hour (08:00–17:00) with weekend inpatient coverage (Friday 5:00 p.m. to Monday 8:00 a.m.)

- Employment Type: Contract/Per Diem
- License/Certs: Missouri medical license (or willingness to obtain) required; Board Certification required
- Experience: Preferably 2-3 years of inpatient behavioral health experience

What You’ll Do:
- Provide inpatient behavioral health evaluation and management for adult patients (18+)
- Collaborate with RN, social workers, and technicians to deliver comprehensive patient care
- Conduct onsite patient visits during scheduled shifts and provide call coverage during weekends and PTO periods
- Document in Epic EMR accurately and efficiently
- Support patient safety and treatment plans in a fast-paced hospital environment
What You Need:
- Active Missouri medical license or willingness to obtain one
- Board certification in Psychiatry
- 2+ years of inpatient behavioral health experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work weekends and on-call shifts as scheduled
