Saint Joseph Health System, a proud member of Trinity Health, is seeking an experienced, fellowship-trained Interventional Radiologist to serve as Medical Director of Interventional Radiology for our growing regional program in Mishawaka, Indiana.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as Medical Director for the Interventional Radiology program
• Provide clinical leadership and strategic oversight for IR service line growth
• Lead quality, safety, and performance improvement initiatives
• Partner with hospital and physician leaders to expand access and enhance patient care
• Mentor and support physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff
• Practice in a 100% Interventional Radiology setting
• Maintain a dedicated IR clinic with protected clinic time
• Perform advanced image-guided vascular and nonvascular interventions
• Collaborate closely with Oncology, Vascular Surgery, Cardiology, Women's Health, and other specialties throughout the health system
• Help recruit and retain top physician talent while fostering a culture of excellence

Who We're Looking For:

• Fellowship-trained Interventional Radiologist
• Board-Certified in Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology
• Eligible for Indiana medical licensure
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a hospital, practice, or service-line setting
• Strong commitment to quality, patient satisfaction, and clinical innovation
• Interest in program development, physician engagement, and strategic growth
• Excellent communication and collaborative leadership skills
