Designed around whole-person care, the Center for Healthy Living will bring together behavioral health, psychiatry, substance use treatment, nutrition education, wellness services, pharmacy support, and collaborative care programs under one roof. This innovative approach strengthens both patient outcomes and provider experience.

What You'll Do

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and minor injuries
  • Provide same-day and walk-in healthcare services
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests
  • Perform common office procedures within scope of practice
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Educate patients regarding treatment plans, preventive care, and follow-up needs
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Support quality improvement initiatives and patient-centered care efforts

What We're Looking For

  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
  • Current Idaho license or ability to obtain prior to employment
  • DEA registration and applicable certifications
  • Experience in Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Primary Care preferred
  • Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
  • Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
