BC/BE Family Medicine Physician - Brush/Fort Morgan, CO | Approximately 90 Minutes from Denver

Banner Health, a nationally recognized health system, is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join an established outpatient practice serving the Brush/Fort Morgan community. You'll be joining a collaborative, physician-led team providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages in a welcoming rural community.

Located in northeastern Colorado, the area offers small-town charm, abundant outdoor recreation - including hiking, fishing, and cycling trails - and an excellent quality of life, with easy access to Denver. The community is known for its family-friendly atmosphere, welcoming neighborhoods, and a strong sense of belonging - a wonderful place to plant roots and grow.

Practice Highlights:

• Designated Rural Health Clinic
• Full-spectrum Family Medicine for patients of all ages - wellness, chronic disease management, and specialized procedures
• Average patient volume: 18-22 patients/day
• 36 hours patient contact + 4 hours administrative time
• Telephone call coverage with Newborn hospital call; occasional Saturday rotation at Brush clinic
• No OB responsibilities
• Strong MA, Front Desk, and clinic leadership support

Candidate Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (ABMS)
• Patient-focused, friendly, and collaborative
• Experience strongly preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply

Banner Health's Total Compensation Package Includes:

• $290K salary plus incentives
• Up to $100K loan repayment
• Up to $18K resident stipend ($1,500/month during final 12 months of training for qualifying candidates)
