• Monday - Friday schedule with no call, nights, weekends, or major holidays
• Physicians typically finish around 3:30 - 4 pm, working approximately 40 hours per week
• Scheduling considers physicians' home locations to minimize daily travel
• Outpatient ASC-only practice; orthopedic-heavy with ENT, GI, urology, and more
• Strong regional anesthesia and block skills preferred; orthopedic and spine experience a plus
• Team-oriented, collegial culture within a rapidly growing physician-only group
• Production-based compensation with meaningful upside tied to productivity
• 7 weeks of vacation; W2 or 1099 employment options available
