What You’ll Do
- Provide diagnostic radiology readings for emergency department cases
- Review and interpret mixed cases with an average of 80-130 per 8-hour shift
- Collaborate with residents and other medical staff during overnight shifts
- Ensure timely and accurate case logging and reporting
- Utilize Sectra PACS, Cerner EMR, and Powerscribe dictation system
- Complete case logs and submit them with BID
- Maintain high standards of medical practice and safety
What You Need
Required: - State medical license in Michigan or willing to obtain
- DEA waiver (not necessarily holding a DEA license)
- Experience in diagnostic radiology (capsules, ED cases)
- Ability to work overnight shifts
Preferred: - Prior experience with residents or in an ED environment
- Strong skills in case logging and reporting
- Clean malpractice history
