We are hiring Primary Care Physicians for a modern, value-based care model focused exclusively on the Medicare Advantage population. These are 100% outpatient roles in brand-new centers.
Position Highlights:
- 100% outpatient primary care
- Low patient volume
- Longer appointment times to support prevention and chronic care
- Dedicated care team: MA, scheduler, behavioral health, social work, RN support
- Holistically designed centers with on-site fitness, social, and wellness programs
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $265,000 $290,000 (negotiable)
- Bonus Structure:
- Up to 20% of base salary
- Based on attainable quality and satisfaction metrics (HEDIS, outcomes, etc.)
- Ongoing support from senior clinical leadership to help you meet target
