Were seeking a passionate and driven Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to join our Primary Care Float team with our Northern Network offices in Whitehall, Shelby, Hart, and Ludington, Michigan.  Opportunity Details

• Position Type: Full-time (1.0 FTE)
• Schedule: Our Float Pool Provider will provide comprehensive patient care coverage within our Northern Network Primary Care offices to support during provider absences, high patient volumes or other staffing needs
• Locations:
  • THMG, Primary Care - Whitehall: 905 E Colby St Whitehall, MI 49461
  • THMG, Primary Care - Shelby: 71 Bevier St Shelby, MI 49455
  • THMG, Primary Care - Hart: 611 E Main St Hart, MI 49420
  • THMG, Primary Care - Ludington: 5656 US-10 Ludington, MI 49431
• Specialty: Family Medicine (must be able to see all ages)
• Additional Details:
  • Must be able to quickly adapt to various office environments to best support the team
  • Collaborate with Physicians, APPs, Nurses and other healthcare professionals at their designated site to deliver exceptional patient care
  • The provider will cover their own in basket as well as the provider they are covering for in the office.

Requirements

• Open to new graduates or experience candidates
• Board certified prior to employment
• Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA license

Duties & Responsibilities

A typical day may include:

• Providing direct patient care
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Participating in teaching and mentoring
• Documenting in Epic EMR
• Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
• Supporting community health efforts
