- Full-spectrum nephrology care: outpatient clinic, dialysis rounding, and hospital consults
- Shared call schedule (Q3)
- Established team of 3 physicians and 3 nurse practitioners

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $350K
- Profit sharing structure:
- Year 1: 35% of profits
- Year 2 (through end of salary period): 50% of profits
