Hartford HealthCare is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal or Family Medicine Physician to join a brand-new primary care practice in Groton, Connecticut. This is a rare opportunity to help establish and grow a new site from the ground up while delivering high-quality, relationship-based care to adult patients in a modern and collaborative practice environment. Supported by Hartford HealthCare's integrated network, innovative technology, and physician leadership, you'll have the ability to build a thriving patient panel and create the practice experience you envision. Primary Care Position Details:
Role: Primary Care Physician (18+)
Location: Groton, CT - a picturesque coastal town known for its beaches, vibrant village centers, and welcoming community atmosphere
Setting: 100%, office-based, outpatient Primary Care
Schedule: Full-time, weekdays only (ask about part-time and hybrid options if preferred)
Teaching: Optional with faculty appointment
Phone Call Only: averages only 2 call weekends per year and 1-weeknight ~ 2 months
Offerings: Guaranteed base, Uncapped incentive bonus, Loan repayment support, Sign-on, Residency Stipend, Relocation
Work authorization: H1B cap-exempt organization

This is a salaried position. While compensation is presented as an hourly rate for consistency across our postings, this position is paid on a salary basis. The hiring range reflects a good faith estimate of pay for this position as of the posting date. Actual pay will be determined based on qualifications, location, internal equity, and other factors that may include hire bonuses, incentive pay plans, loan repayment, administrative stipends, or relocation.
