We're looking for a Physician Assistant who wants to practice in a smaller, patient-centered environment while helping shape the future of an independent practice. Candidates may have the opportunity to pursue partnership after approximately two years, with compensation and the longer-term partnership structure discussed further with finalists.
New Graduates & Experienced PAs Welcome
WellCraft Health is led by Carol Rupe, MD, an experienced Family Medicine physician and former residency instructor who values mentorship and professional development. Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
Board Certified or Board Eligible
Interest in outpatient Family Medicine without OB
Comfortable working within an independent, patient-centered practice
Interest in a minimum two-year commitment
New graduates and experienced PAs are encouraged to apply
