Physician - Pediatrics

A Kansas Recruitment & Retention Center partner is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatrician to join their growing pediatric program. This is a unique opportunity to care for patients across the full pediatric continuum, from newborns through adolescents, while combining outpatient pediatrics with newborn and pediatric hospitalist services.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $250,000 base salary
• Additional wRVU-based productivity incentive compensation
• $15,000 sign-on bonus with two-year employment commitment
• Up to $10,000 relocation assistance
• 25 days PTO

Qualification & Licensing Requirements:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited Pediatrics or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics (Med/Peds) residency program
• Board certified or board eligible in Pediatrics
• Eligible for or currently licensed to practice medicine in Kansas
