- Review NP charts and health risk assessments, providing oversight without clinical decision-making
- Report data to health plans and ensure accuracy of documentation
- Communicate via email with NPs for chart reviews and feedback
- Maintain compliance with program standards and documentation requirements
- Collaborate with the team to support the overall health management process
- Stay up-to-date with relevant healthcare regulations and practices
What You Need:
Required:
- Active license to practice medicine in Mississippi
- Comfortable with chart review and data assessment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Prior experience in healthcare data reporting or oversight
