Sanitas Medical Center is seeking a Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our Goodyear, Arizona medical office. We are looking for a physician with a minimum of 2 years of Primary Care experience who is comfortable providing comprehensive outpatient care to patients of all ages, from pediatrics through geriatrics.

Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required.

Position Highlights

• 100% outpatient Primary Care
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• No weekends
• No on-call responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive outpatient Primary Care to patients of all ages
• Care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Provide preventive care, annual physicals, wellness visits, and health screenings
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing
• Coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Educate patients and families on preventive health and chronic disease management
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR
• Collaborate with the care team to support quality outcomes and patient satisfaction

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Minimum 2 years of Primary Care experience preferred
• Family Medicine background
• Comfortable caring for patients of all ages, including pediatric patients
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Active Arizona medical license preferred
• Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to patient-centered, comprehensive Primary Care
