This role supports a balanced lifestyle with flexible scheduling, no nights, weekends, holidays, or call, while allowing you to deliver high-quality preventive, acute, and chronic care that improves patient outcomes and supports both provider and patient experience.
Schedule
- Full-time | 6-0.9 FTE | Onsite - CentraCare - Cold Spring, MN
- Day shifts | Specific hours listed below
- Choice of 3- or 4-day work week
- Clinic hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (flexibility available)
- No evenings, weekends, holidays, or call
Pay and Benefits
- Salary range: $112,518.85-$128,651.12 per year
- Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
- Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
- May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.

Qualifications
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Eligibility for Minnesota licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Current AHA BLS certification
- DEA registration (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- 1+ year of clinical experience as an NP or PA
