What You’ll Do
- Perform outpatient urology consultations and examinations
- Assist with urological procedures and treatments
- Document patient interactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
- Provide coverage for scheduled outpatient clinic days
- Participate in quality improvement and compliance initiatives
What You Need
Required: - Active medical license in Washington
- DEA certification
- Board Certified in relevant specialty
- Outpatient urology experience
- Surgical first assisting experience (preferred but not required)
Preferred: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and committed to scheduled shifts
