SUMMARY

As a Nurse Practitioner with Rochester General Pediatric Associates (RGPA), you will provide comprehensive pediatric care in a well-established outpatient practice dedicated to caring for children and families throughout the Rochester community.

LOCATION: Rochester General Pediatric Associates (RGPA)
DEPARTMENT: Pediatrics
SCHEDULE: Days- One Evening per Week- Rotating Saturday Coverage Every 6-7 Weeks

RESPONSIBILITIES

Patient Care. Assess, diagnose, and manage pediatric patients across a variety of clinical settings, including well-child visits, acute illness evaluations, preventive care, and chronic disease management. Develop treatment plans and provide education to patients and families.

Collaboration. Work closely with pediatric physicians and interdisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated, high-quality patient care. Participate in a supportive practice model that emphasizes teamwork and shared clinical decision-making.

Education & Development. Contribute to and benefit from the practice's teaching environment, engaging in continuous learning, mentorship, and professional growth opportunities.

Documentation. Maintain complete and accurate medical record documentation, orders, treatment plans, and patient communications in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Quality & Service. Promote outstanding patient and family experiences while supporting quality initiatives, clinical best practices, and the overall health and well-being of the pediatric population served by the practice.
