Schedule/Shifts Times: Monday - Friday, 7am - 5:30pm
Call Requirements: Will take call while on assignment
Patient Volume: Daily case volume will vary based on OR schedule and case complexity; physician will manage assigned cases throughout the scheduled workday and may receive additional assignments if cases conclude early
Patient Ages: Adults only
Types of Cases: Anesthesiologists will provide perioperative and procedural anesthesia services across a broad range of specialties, potentially including:
- General surgery
- Orthopedics and joint replacement
- Vascular surgery
- Thoracic surgery
- Neurosurgery
- ENT
- Urology
- Ophthalmology
- Gynecology
- Dental procedures
- Cardiac surgery
- GI and radiology procedures
- Cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology procedures
- Electroconvulsive therapy
- Acute pain management
- Emergency airway management
- Transesophageal echocardiography
- Surgical ICU and short-stay coverage as needed
Support Staff: Physician, CRNAs, Nursing and Admin support staff available
Procedures Required: Comprehensive anesthesiology coverage for OR and procedural services, including cardiac, orthopedic, vascular, thoracic, neurosurgical, ENT, urologic, ophthalmologic, GI, cath lab/EP, ECT, acute pain, emergency airway management, and diagnostic TEE
Type of Charting: EMR - CPRS
Requirements: **Any State License** Board Certified, BLS, ACLS, DEA (Cardiac fellowship training and TAVR experience are a plus)
