• 24-hr call shifts -- 7 am to 7 am
• 2 - 4 patients per day; 1 - 2 calls per shift
• Pediatric floor and nursery coverage
• Admits 0 - 3 per shift
• Level 1 Nursery, ED consults, vents, intubations, and lines
• High-risk delivery and pediatric med-surg coverage required
• NRP and PALS certification required
• Hospital privileges required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
