What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality neonatal care in a NICU setting
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and manage neonatal patients
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care accordingly
- Document patient care activities in compliance with hospital policies
- Support and educate families of NICU patients
What You Need
Required:
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts
- Previous NICU or neonatal care experience
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
Preferred:
- Neonatology specialization or relevant certification
- Experience working in high-acuity neonatal environments
