Summary

This position is responsible for fulfilling the mission of Rochester Regional Health (RRH) clinical programs in Pain & Spine Medicine and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. Works with healthcare provider, nursing and operational leadership to assure the delivery of state-of-the-art clinical care. Operationalizes the core RRH values by developing and sustaining an environment which supports excellence in the Advanced Practice Provider (APP) clinical practice and the care of the patients. Facilitates both clinical education and clinical investigation to advance the art and science of professional practices. Promotes the professional development of APP workforce across RRH.

ATTRIBUTES

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Facilitates APP scheduling to assure maximum productivity of the workforce
  • Works closely with Medical Staff Office and Centralized Credentialing to assure timely credentialing and privileging of APP workforce
  • Collaborates with operational, nursing and healthcare provider leadership to provide the highest quality and most affordable patient care delivered with kindness, integrity and respect


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master of Science in Nursing or Bachelors of Science in Physician Assistant Studies
  • Advanced Practice Provider with current licensure in NYS
  • Nationally Board Certification
  • Minimum of 3 years working as an Advanced Practice Provider
