Physician - Urology

Sidney Regional Medical Center is seeking a board-certified Urologist for a full-time hospital-employed opportunity in Sidney, Nebraska. Join a service with one physician and one advanced practice provider, with access to da Vinci robotic surgery and Aquablation.

Opportunity Highlights

• Full-time hospital employment in an onsite inpatient and outpatient practice.
• Join an existing physician and APP team.
• Access to da Vinci robotic surgery and Aquablation technology.
• Monday-Friday schedule per the current practice outline, with call responsibilities; exact hours and rotation to be discussed.
• Anticipated outpatient volume of approximately 20 patients per day.
• Epic electronic medical records and access to other specialties.
• Teaching and committee opportunities.

Your Role

Evaluate and treat patients with urologic conditions, perform procedures and surgeries within the agreed scope of practice, and coordinate care across clinic and inpatient settings. Provide treatment planning, follow-up care, and patient education while helping expand local access to Urology services.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification in Urology.
• Current Nebraska medical licensure or ability to obtain, with appropriate state and DEA licenses.
• BLS and ACLS certification; SRMC can assist with obtaining these certifications.
• Ability to arrive at the hospital within 30 minutes when assigned call.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
