What You’ll Do
- Manage 8-15 patients daily within the hospital setting
- Interpret EEGs independently; IR team handles lumbar punctures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive neurological care
- Cover inpatients on weekends or 7-day shifts as scheduled
- Follow established protocols and ensure compliance with hospital policies
- Document patient care thoroughly in medical records
- Support hospital initiatives and quality improvement efforts
What You Need
- Valid Texas medical license with the ability to start ASAP through December 2026
- Board eligibility in relevant specialty (Board certified preferred)
- Experience reading EEGs required; neurohospitalist experience preferred
- Strong clinical skills with excellent communication and teamwork
- Ability to work autonomously in a hospital environment
