Holy Cross Medical Group (HCMG), in partnership with Holy Cross Health and the Phil Smith Neuroscience Institute, is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Cranial Neurosurgeon to join our growing, multidisciplinary neuroscience team in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

This is a full-time, hospital-employed position within a highly respected and expanding neuroscience program dedicated to providing advanced, patient-centered neurosurgical care.

  • Join the Phil Smith Neuroscience Institute, a comprehensive neuroscience program that includes Neurosurgery, Neurology, Neurointerventional Services, Spine & Pain Management, and Rehabilitation Medicine.
  • Opportunity to build and expand a cranial neurosurgery practice within a well-established referral network throughout South Florida.
  • Collaborate closely with neurologists, neuro-oncologists, neurocritical care specialists, neuroradiologists, radiation oncologists, and rehabilitation providers.
  • Access to advanced surgical technologies, including neuronavigation, intraoperative imaging, minimally invasive surgical platforms, and comprehensive diagnostic services.
  • Supported by a team of 2 neurosurgeons and 2 APPs.

Candidate Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurological Surgery.
  • Fellowship training or focused expertise in Cranial Neurosurgery, Neuro-Oncology, Skull Base Surgery, Cerebrovascular Neurosurgery, or related subspecialty training required.
  • Experience in the surgical management of brain tumors, cerebrovascular disease, hydrocephalus, traumatic brain injury, and other cranial pathologies.
  • Interest in minimally invasive and advanced cranial neurosurgical techniques.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional, patient-centered care.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with a multidisciplinary approach to treatment planning.
  • Interest in program growth, quality improvement, and clinical excellence.
