About this role:

As an Anticoagulation Advanced Practice Provider you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role, you will provide comprehensive outpatient management of patients requiring anticoagulation therapy and thrombosis-related care in collaboration with a dedicated pharmacist. Together, you will evaluate and manage anticoagulation treatment plans, monitor patient outcomes, provide education, and ensure safe, evidence-based care for patients with thrombotic disorders and anticoagulation needs.

  • This position includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus and up$7,500 in relocation assistance, when applicable
  • You will practice at Badura Clinic in Las Vegas, NV
  • Your hours will be Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
  • Ideal candidate is experience and comfortable working independently

What youll bring:

  • APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited programMinimum of 3 years of experience requiredHematology, Anticoagulation Management, Thrombosis care, Cardiology, Vascular Medicine, preferred
  • Active, unobstructed Nevada and Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
  • Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one
  • Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Healths credentialing process
