Sampson Regional Medical Center is seeking a full-time, hospital-employed Anesthesiologist to join our team in Clinton, North Carolina.
Opportunity Highlights
Schedule: One week on / one week off, approximately 26 scheduled working weeks per year
Hours: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM during scheduled service weeks, with night call from 4:00 PM–7:00 AM
Team: One physician anesthesiologist and three CRNAs
Coverage: 24/7 CRNA coverage, including overnight coverage
Operating Rooms: Six operating rooms, with three running daily
Volume: Approximately 285–300 scheduled surgical cases per month, plus 10–15 after-hours or emergent cases
Compensation: Competitive base salary, sign-on bonus, student loan repayment assistance, and relocation support
Additional Compensation: Fixed additional compensation for each week worked beyond the standard 26-week annual schedule
Employment: Hospital-employed W-2 position with malpractice coverage provided

Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Completion of an accredited anesthesiology residency
- Board certified or board eligible in anesthesiology
- Eligible for North Carolina medical licensure
