- Shift: 24-hour shifts (prefer weekdays), with 24 hours off between shifts
- Number of Shifts: 3-4 per month (open shifts include November 20, 23-29; December 3, 8, 14, 23-31; January 1-3)
- Hours/Week: Varies based on shifts
- Employment Type: Locum
- License/Certifications: OB ABMS or AOA board certified
- Experience: Comfortable doing VBACs and c-sections, able to work with midwives, Epic experience strongly preferred
- Patient Care Rate: $310-$325 per patient care hour

- Provide laborist coverage during scheduled shifts
- Manage approximately 65% of deliveries, averaging around 120 deliveries per month
- Perform VBACs, cesarean sections, and postpartum care
- Collaborate with midwives and other healthcare team members
- Assist in the management of labor and delivery rooms and OB-dedicated OR
- Ensure optimal patient outcomes through high-quality care and communication
- Utilize Epic EMR system for documentation and patient tracking
- Active OB ABMS or AOA board certification
- Comfortable working with midwives
- Experience with VBACs and C-sections
- Willingness to work flexible weekday shifts
- Ability to stay at a hotel until called in for scheduled shifts
