Were seeking a passionate and driven Contingent (0.0 FTE) Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to join our Urgent Care team in Ludington, Michigan. Opportunity Details

• Position Type: Contingent (0.0 FTE)
• Schedule: Team is looking for a provider to pick up a minimum of 2 shifts per month.
  • Operational hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm, and Saturday 8am to 2pm
• Location: 5656 US-10 Ludington, MI 49431
• Specialty: Urgent Care

  • Sprains and strains
  • Stitches
  • Rashes
  • Cold and Flu symptoms
  • Tooth pain
  • Sore throat
  • Pink eye
  • Lower back pain
  • Animal or insect bite
  • Urinary tract infection
  • Ear pain

Requirements

• Provider experience required
• Board certified prior to employment
• Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA license

Duties & Responsibilities

A typical day may include:

• Providing direct patient care
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Participating in teaching and mentoring
• Documenting in Epic EMR
• Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
• Supporting community health efforts
