Nurse Practitioner - Cardiology

St. Peter’s Health Partners Medical Associates is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established Outpatient Cardiology practice in Gloversville, NY. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a highly collaborative cardiovascular team while enjoying a desirable outpatient-only schedule with no evening, weekend, or call responsibilities.  Our Gloversville practice is part of our broader Capital Region cardiovascular network, providing patients access to comprehensive cardiovascular services including general cardiology, electrophysiology, interventional cardiology, structural heart, echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, and vascular services. Our broader cardiology network includes more than 25 cardiologists and Advanced Practice Providers and provides access to multiple outpatient locations throughout New York's Capital Region.

Position Details:

• Full-time outpatient position
• Monday-Friday schedule
• No evenings, weekends, or call coverage
• Work collaboratively with experienced cardiologists and advanced practice providers
• Evaluate and manage adult patients with a variety of cardiovascular conditions
• Provide follow-up care, medication management, patient education, and care coordination
• Support continuity of care following hospitalizations and cardiovascular procedures
• Utilize an established referral network and strong regional cardiovascular resources

Recruitment Package:

• Competitive salary: $134,120-$154,649
• $10,000 starting bonus
• $5,000 retention bonus
• $2,500 CME Annual Allowance
• The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
