Nurse Practitioner - Family Medicine

Martins Point Health Care is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our collaborative care team in a part-time, 30-hour-per-week position within our Access Clinic.

This role focuses on scheduled patient visits, providing assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care in a supportive, team-based environment.

Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with current APRN licensure, national board certification, and DEA registration.
