Mariposa Community Health Center is seeking two Board-Certified OB/GYN physicians to join its team in Nogales, Arizona. Full-time and part-time employed opportunities are available for physicians interested in providing comprehensive womens healthcare in a community-focused setting.
Opportunity Highlights
Full-scope OB/GYN practice encompassing clinic care, deliveries, and gynecologic surgery
Full-time schedule options of five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days

Teaching and committee participation opportunities
No APP supervision required
Start as soon as credentialing is complete
Hospital privileges are required for deliveries and procedures. Call responsibilities follow the department schedule and will be discussed during the interview process.
Compensation and Benefits
$370,000 base compensation for full-time employment
Productivity incentive of $60 per encounter after 240 encounters per month
$30,000 sign-on bonus
$10,000 relocation assistance
License and DEA reimbursement

FTCA malpractice coverage
Student loan repayment opportunities through an NHSC-approved site and PSLF support, subject to applicable eligibility requirements

Qualifications
Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Active Arizona medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure
DEA registration
Ability to obtain hospital privileges and provide full-scope OB/GYN care
Spanish language skills preferred, but not required
Visa sponsorship is not available
