Physician - Neurology

Neurohospitalists: Cayuga Medical Associates, P.C. (Ithaca, NY) seeks Neurohospitalists (multiple openings) to diagnose, treat and manage neurological diseases and disorders, focusing on acute and complex neurological emergencies. Collect, record, and maintain patient information, including medical history, reports, or examination results. Perform diagnostic tests to obtain information and determine diagnosis. Prescribe and administer treatment, medication, and other medical care to patients. Maintain confidentiality of all pertinent patient care information to assure patient rights are protected. Complete medical records in a timely manner. Requirements: M.D. or equivalent degree and Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates ("ECFMG") certification, as well as a New York State physician license and completion of a 4-year Neurology residency.
