Compensation & Practice Structure

This opportunity is designed for a productive breast imaging radiologist seeking professional flexibility and strong income potential.

• Independent Contractor (1099) arrangement

• Competitive per-procedure compensation

• Established, high-volume practice

• No base draw or RVU thresholds

• Earnings directly aligned with clinical productivity

• Consistent weekday patient volume

• Malpractice insurance, including tail coverage

• Dedicated outpatient breast imaging setting

• Potential relocation assistance or sign-on bonus for qualified relocating physicians, subject to individual circumstances and agreement terms

Your Clinical Role

Provide comprehensive breast imaging interpretations and image-guided procedures in an established outpatient environment.

Interpretation Responsibilities

• Digital screening and diagnostic mammography

• Digital breast tomosynthesis (3D mammography)

• Screening and diagnostic breast ultrasound

• Breast MRI

Procedural Responsibilities

• Stereotactic breast biopsies

• Ultrasound-guided breast biopsies

• MRI-guided breast biopsies

• Breast needle and wire localizations

Additional Responsibilities

• Collaborate with referring physicians and multidisciplinary breast care teams

• Contribute to timely, accurate diagnoses and coordinated patient care

• Support quality improvement and clinical excellence initiatives

• Deliver compassionate, patient-focused breast imaging services

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology

• MQSA qualified

• Active Tennessee medical license or eligibility for licensure

• Breast Imaging fellowship training preferred

• Strong diagnostic mammography, ultrasound, and procedural experience

• Commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care
