• Mon - Thu, 8 am - 5 pm -- 3 weeks per month; 3-day schedule considered
• 15 - 18 patients per day plus 1 - 3 consults daily
• Hospital-based outpatient setting -- 100% outpatient
• Bone marrow biopsies required
• Chemotherapy program director/provider role
