Penn Highlands Healthcare is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Fellowship Trained Breast Radiologist to provide services at Penn Highlands Mon Valley in Monongahela, Pennsylvania as we experience continued growth and expansion of our breast imaging program.

Breast Imaging at Penn Highlands Healthcare

Join our cohesive and patient focused group of fellowship trained breast radiologists across our healthcare system.  We are proud to be on the forefront of breast cancer screening and diagnosis, interpreting the full range of breast imaging in a compassionate manner. Modalities include tomosynthesis, breast ultrasound, breast MRI.  Breast procedures include MRI, ultrasound and stereotactic guided biopsies. The breast radiologist performs “live” diagnostic results for patients.  The breast team is made up of breast  nurse navigators, certified mammography technologist, certified breast ultrasonographers, and a team of support staff dedicated to breast imaging.  The team assists patients through their breast imaging path.  The breast nurse navigators assist patients with imaging results, procedure recommendations, biopsy results, navigate risk assessment, and community outreach.

• No call responsibilities
• Advanced, state-of-the-art breast imaging equipment
• Modalities include tomosynthesis, breast ultrasound, breast MRI
• Breast procedures include MRI, ultrasound and stereotactic guided biopsies.
• Perform “live” diagnostic results for patients
• Merge PACS
• Cerner EMR
