We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established Family Medicine practice, providing comprehensive care to patients across the community. This opportunity offers the support of experienced colleagues, a collaborative practice environment, and the resources of a physician-led, non-profit health system.
- Established team environment: Join a highly collaborative Family Medicine team with 4 experienced physicians and 5 APCs across two Oshkosh clinic locations, providing strong mentorship and support.
- Flexible Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week with scheduling options typically between 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
- Work-Life Balance: No call, weekend, or hospital rounding requirements.
- Patient-Focused Practice: Typical patient volume of 16-20 patients per day following onboarding, with individualized or co-managed patient panels.
- Balanced Workflow: 1.0 FTE includes 36 patient contact hours with 4 hours of dedicated administrative support and time.
- Advanced Technology: Fully integrated Epic EMR featuring DAX Copilot and Dragon dictation for efficient charting.
- Teaching Opportunities: Opportunity to work with and mentor learners, including APC and physician trainees.
