Position Highlights:
- Work-Life Balance:100% outpatient Family Medicine with a predictable four-day schedule
- Manageable Patient Volume: Average just 14-18 patients per day, allowing time for relationship-based care and complex chronic disease management
- Light Call: 1:6 phone-only rotation with no in-house or inpatient call
- Strong Clinical Support: Established physicians and APPs, typically two dedicated nurses per physician, onsite diagnostics, and regular specialty outreach
- Practice with Autonomy: Maintain broad Family Medicine skills through office procedures, with optional ED shifts available for physicians who want additional variety and income
Compensation & Benefits:
- $300K+ Earning Potential: Competitive base salary plus additional wRVU production incentives
- Significant Recruitment Incentives: Up to $120,000 in sign-on and retention incentives available for qualifying physicians
- Student Loan Support: Up to $150,000 in loan reimbursement over five years, plus PSLF eligibility
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $20,000 in relocation support
- Generous Time Away: 30 days annually inclusive of PTO, holidays, and sick leave
- CME Support: 5 days and $5,000 annual allowance
Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine preferred
- Internal Medicine and Med-Peds physicians will also be considered
- New graduates and experienced physicians welcome
- J-1 waiver and H-1B candidates may be considered
- Comfortable managing complex chronic conditions including diabetes, CHF, COPD, polypharmacy, and multiple comorbidities
- Interest in geriatrics, diabetes management, or behavioral health is a plus
