• Day shifts -- potential transition to swing shift based on need
• 12 - 15 patients per day, plus 2 - 3 admissions at one site
• Hospital setting -- two campuses with differing acuity levels
• ICU coverage required -- acute vents required
• Central lines and intubations preferred at higher-acuity site
• Closed ICU at one site -- no procedures, comfort with codes required
• Leave of absence coverage
• Continuity of care preferred -- same provider for full block
