• 7 am - 7 am shifts -- pager call coverage
• Typically 2 - 3 deliveries per shift
• Hospital setting -- privileges required
• C-sections required -- 15 - 20% of deliveries
• Cesareans, D&C, and laparoscopic surgery skills needed
• 1,200 deliveries annually at this facility
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
