THE OPPORTUNITY

Step into a unique outpatient setting where you can spend more time with your patients and less time rushing through appointments.

This private, employer-sponsored health clinic provides care exclusively to its employee population, offering a combination of bread-and-butter Family Medicine, routine Urgent Care, Workers' Compensation, and Occupational Health services.

With approximately one patient scheduled per hour, you'll have the opportunity to provide thorough, personalized care in a supportive clinical environment.

SCHEDULE & COVERAGE

Schedule: Part-Time | Weekdays
Clinic Hours: 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
Shift Length: 8 Working Hours
Lunch: 11:00 AM-12:00 PM (Clinic Closed)

• Routine Primary Care

• Acute Illness Evaluations

• General Family Medicine

• Minor Injuries + Urgent Care-Type Visits

• Preventive Care

• Workers' Compensation Evaluations

• Occupational Health Services

• Employee Health Visits

• Patient Education + Treatment Planning

• Clinical Documentation Using Athena EMR

CLINICAL SUPPORT

• 1 Onsite Medical Assistant

• Remote Clinical Management

• Remote Leadership Support

• Established Outpatient Clinic Environment

• Dedicated Time Available for Orientation and Training

PROVIDER REQUIREMENTS

• Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

• Active Montana Nurse Practitioner License

• Active DEA

• Montana Medical Practitioner Dispenser License

  • Providers willing to obtain this credential will be considered.

• Board Certification Preferred

• DOT Certification Preferred - NOT REQUIRED

• Comfortable With Primary Care + Urgent Care

• Occupational Health / Workers' Compensation Experience a Plus

• Ability to Work Independently in an Outpatient Setting

• Athena EMR Experience a Plus

FAST & STREAMLINED ONBOARDING

NO TRADITIONAL INSURANCE CREDENTIALING REQUIRED!

Because this clinic does not bill insurance, the onboarding process is streamlined.

Once licensing requirements are satisfied, providers can begin orientation and training on their first day and typically start seeing patients shortly thereafter.

The manageable patient volume also allows time for training modules, questions, and orientation throughout the day.
