Physician - Pediatrics

An established, independent healthcare system in the Pacific Northwest is seeking a compassionate and patient-focused Pediatrician to join its growing Women's and Children's team. New graduates are welcome and will receive support as they transition into practice.

Position Highlights

• Competitive compensation: $305,000+ total compensation opportunity
• RVU incentives: Additional production-based bonus opportunity
• Quality incentives: Up to $30,000 annually
• Commencement bonus: $40,000
• Schedule: Four 10-hour days per week
• CME: $8,000 annual allowance for CME, licensing, dues, and subscriptions, plus paid CME time

Practice & Facility

• Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care to infants, children, and adolescents.
• Established practice with a collaborative team of four physicians and one nurse practitioner.
• Rural Health Clinic and Tier 4 Patient-Centered Medical Home.
• Average patient volume of 15 20 per day.
• Scribe support available for providers averaging 15+ patients per day.
• On-site behavioral health and laboratory services.
• Dedicated 1:1 medical support staff.
• EPIC electronic health records
